Churros Recipe

First and foremost, let's take a look at the ingredients. You will need:

1 cup of water
2 1/2 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 cup of all-purpose flour
Oil for frying
Cinnamon sugar for dusting

Now that we have all the ingredients, let's start cooking!

Instructions

1. In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, salt, and vegetable oil. Bring to a boil and then remove from heat.

2. Stir in all-purpose flour until the mixture forms a ball. Make sure that there are no lumps in the mixture.

3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.

4. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag with a star tip.

5. Squeeze long strips of the dough into the hot oil

6. Fry until golden brown and then remove from the frying pan.

7. Toss the churros with cinnamon sugar.
